National Aptitude Test – UG 2012
National Aptitude Test – UG is a common entrance test conducted for the admission in colleges and universities registered with SAHEI for the admission to their under graduate programs. The under graduate programs offered include BA, BBA, BCA, BFT, B.Com, BHMCT, etc. The structure and other details of the under graduate entrance exam is briefed below.
Structure of National Aptitude Test – UG
The National Aptitude Test – UG is divided into five sections. There will be a total of 170 questions and the maximum time allowed is 150 minutes. Section 1 comprises of 30 questions. Section 2 comprises of 40, section 3 comprises of 30 questions, section 4 comprises of 30 questions and section 5 comprises of 40 questions respectively.
Syllabus for National Aptitude Test – UG
The exam is divided into five sections.
- Section-1: English Comprehension & Language
- Section-2: General Knowledge
- Section-3: Numerical Ability
- Section-4: Non- Verbal & Verbal Reasoning
- Section-5: Socio- Economic Environment
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who have completed their higher secondary level of education are eligible for the National Aptitude Test – UG. Candidates who are appearing for the final exam can also apply for the test.
How to Apply?
Application forms can be obtained by sending a demand draft of rs.750/- drawn in favor of ‘SRDE-SAHEI’ to SAHEI, A-1/4, Section-8, Rohini, Delhi-85. Application forms can also be downloaded from the official website. Application forms will be available in selected branches of Syndicate banks. It can be collected from the bank by paying an amount of Rs.650/-. Another method to obtain the form is to collect it from the head office of affiliated colleges. Completely filled application forms along with the draft must be sent to the concerned address on or before the due date.
