Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has invited applications for the post of Graduate Engineers in various departments. Those who have completed Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology in relevant subjects with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for the post. Recruitment is conducted on the basis of performance in written test, medical test and personal interview.

Eligibility Criterion for Graduate Engineers in HPCL

Educational Qualifications

Those who have completed four years full time regular B.Tech/ B.E courses in any of the following subjects from any institute, recognized by Government of India are eligible to apply for the post of Engineering Assistant in the organization.

Candidates are required to obtain a minimum of 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. Reserved category candidates require 50% marks for eligibility. Those who have work experience in relevant area will be given preference. In addition to this, they should have proficient knowledge in computer operations.

Age Restrictions

Candidates who are in the age group of 21 to 26 years are eligible to apply. Those who belong to Other Backward Class as well as SC/ST can avail relaxation in Upper age limit up to three years and five years respectively as per the notification issued by the corporation.

Fee payment can be done by taking a Demand Draft in favor of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, payable at State Bank of India. They will have to provide personal details, academic details as well as details about fee payment in online application form. Those who have submitted the application form will receive a confirmation message via email.

Selection Procedure for Graduate Engineers in HPCL

Eligible candidates will receive call letter for written test as per the details provided in the application form. Written test will contain subject oriented questions. Medium of instructions will be in Hindi and in English language. There will be objective type questions in the examination. Those who have cleared the minimum cut off in written test will be short listed for personal interview. Final selection will be on the basis of medical test and personal interview.
