The term VLSI denotes very large scale integrated circuit which deals with combining many transistors and curving the circuit on a single piece of silicon wafer. VLSI System Fundamentals Papers of Sathyabama University consists of two parts; Part A and Part B. Part A is a compulsory section which mostly comprises of short answer type questions. Approximately this section consists of 10 questions.

Part B consists of questions which are optional. The candidates need to attend questions as per the instructions given in the paper. This section approximately holds 10 questions from which the student need to attend 5.
