The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission was established under the Electricity Regulatory Commissions Act, 1998 under Government of India. The commission actually came into existence on July 2, 1998. The sole aim of the commission is to provide establishment of Central Electricity Regulatory Commission and State Electricity Regulatory Commissions.
Job Profile:
1. Recruitment of Secretary:
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree from recognized university is required for applying for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 10000.
2. Recruitment of Joint Director (Tariff-Finance):
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree from recognized university is required for applying for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 8700.
3. Recruitment of Dy. Director (Law):
Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from recognized university is required for applying for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600.
4. Recruitment of Principal Private Secretary:
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree from recognized university is required for applying for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600.
5. Recruitment of Assistant Accounts Officer:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce from recognized university is required for applying for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4800.
6. Recruitment of Personal Assistant:
Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized university is required for applying for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200.
7. Recruitment of Steno cum Computer Operator:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce from recognized university is required for applying for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4800.
8. Recruitment of Clerk cum Computer Operator:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce from recognized university is required for applying for the post.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit set for all the above posts is 56 years.
