Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) was started as a college in 1875, and grew into a Central University in the year 1920. The University plays a leading role in the formation of the Islamic state of Pakistan. It offers more than 250 courses in both conventional and modern branches of education to all students irrespective of gender, caste or religion.

Job Profile:

Aligarh Muslim University invites applications for the post of Section Officers (Admin & Accounts) and Deputy Registrars.

No. of posts – Section Officers (Admin) – 9; Section Officers (Accounts) – 10; Deputy Registrars – 2.

Pay Scale –Section Officers (Admin): Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs 4600 + allowances; Section Officers (Accounts): Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs 4600 + allowances; Deputy Registrars: Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs 7600 + allowances.

Eligibility:

Qualification – The candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. The candidates must have 5 years experience in Office Administration in relevant (Admin/Accounts) section. The candidates must have knowledge of MS Office, and additionally EXCEL Accounting packages for accounts section officer.

Selection Process:

The candidates will be selected for the post based on interview result and their qualification & experience.
