The Youth Organization of Haryana or YOM focuses on the students and youth of today and right from its establishment in the year 2008, it has carried out its activities and functions for the development of youth and development of the state. It arranges social functions and cultural activities in and around the different districts of the state of Haryana.

Youth Organization of Haryana has called for applications from eligible candidates for the position of Senior Engineer – I to work for the ‘Village Technical Modernization of Haryana’ and ‘Farmer Development Program’ and here are the details regarding the notification issued in this regard:

Name of the Vacancy: Senior Engineer - I

Number of Vacancies: Total number of vacancies is 15, which is divided among the different branches of engineering for which senior engineers are required is given below:

• Mechanical – 05

• Electrical – 05

• Agriculture – 05

All these positions are reserved for active members of Youth Organizations of Haryana.

Eligibility requirements:

Education and experience: For the position of Senior Engineer – I, candidates must have completed their Master of Technology/Engineering in appropriate discipline or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in appropriate discipline froma  recognized university or its equivalent qualification with at least one year of experience in appropriate field.

Age: Lower age limit is 18 years and upper age limit is 40 years to apply for the position of Senior Engineer – I with Youth Organization of Haryana.

Selection Procedure:

If the number of candidates applying for the position of Senior Engineer – I is higher, the management of the organization at its discretion might conduct a written test for short listing of candidates for the interview. If the number of candidates applying for the position is lesser, the organization might conduct interview for selection of appropriate candidates for the position of Senior Engineer – I. The names of candidates to be called for interview will be published in the website of YOH.

Candidates selected for the position of Senior Engineer – I will be posted in any of the following zones in the state of Haryana on their choice:

• Zone A – Districts: Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Yamuna Nagar, Panchkula and Ambala

• Zone B – Districts: Palwal, Mewat, Gurgaon, Faridabad

• Zone C – Districts – Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, Jind

• Zone D – Districts – Bhiwani, Fatehabad, Sirsa and Hisar
