Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the position of Skilled Artisan in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. The vacancies are available for the posts of Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Material Handling Operator, Instrument Mechanic, Mill Wright Mechanica and Electronics Mechanic. All selected candidates will be recruited in the Boiler Auxiliaries Plant unit of the company located at Ranipet.

Eligibility:

All interested candidates are required to follow the age criteria set for the position of Skilled Artisan in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. The upper age limit set for the post is 27 years as on 1 September 2011. Reserved categories candidates may get relaxation of few years in the upper age limit set for the specified position.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess Matric or SSLC and National Trade Certificate is the minimum educational qualification required. Candidates should also have acquired the National Apprenticeship Certificate in the concerned trade i.e. Fitter/ Welder/ Electrician/ Instrument Mechanic/ Mill Wright Mechanic/ Electronics Mechanic and Moto Mechanic. Candidates should have secured atleast 60% marks in aggregate at Matric Level. Candidates should also have working knowledge of Tamil as well.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will have to work as Temporary Employees for a period of one year. Candidates will be given the prescribed amount of salary i.e. 11700-23000 per month, after the successful completion of their training period.
