Company Profile: Neelachal ispat Nigam Limited is a joint venture organization that has been under taken by the MMTC (a Govt. of India under taken) and IPICOL (a govt. of Orissa under taking). The company has newly leached its 1.1 million ton capacity integrated steel plant located at the city of Jaipur and has its captive mines located in the state of Orissa.

Job Profile: The company is offering recruitment for the post of GM (HRM), AGM (BOF), AGM (CCP), AGM (EMD), Dy. Manager/ Asst. Manager (Energy Management), Manager/ Dy. Manager Refractory). The individual candidates are expected to manage as well as integrate different aspects of the steel plant and in turn provide the stabled platform in which the plant can produce the steel to its optimum level.

Salary: The candidates will be paid as according to the pay scale:

GM - Rs. 20500-500-26500/-

AGM - Rs. 19000-450-24400/-

Manager - Rs. 17500-400-22300/-

Dy. Manager - Rs. 16000-400-20800/-

Asst. Manager - Rs. 13700-350-18250/

DA, HRA, LTE, LTC/LLTC, Medical, Project Allowance, Refreshment Allowance, Tuition fee reimbursement, PF, Gratuity etc. as per Company Rules.
