Topics taught in this paper:

The topics which are discussed in this paper are structure of bacteria, plants and animal cells, different processes like C4 and C3 cycle etc.

Division of the paper:

The question paper is divided into two papers with four sections Section A, Section B, Section C and Section D.

Time and marks allotted;

The total marks allotted for each paper is 300 and the time duration for each paper is of three hours.

Paper Pattern:

This paper is divided into two papers as paper 1 and Paper 2. There are total 22 questions in this paper which are distributed among the four sections of the paper as Section A, Section B, Section C and Section D. there is four questions in the Section A of the paper with a maximum of 20 marks. There are 10 questions in the Section B of the paper carrying a total of 100 marks for this section. Section C of the paper contains 6 questions with a maximum of 15 marks for each question. The Section D of the paper contains only three questions carrying 30 marks for each question.
