Those who are interested in joining this course have to take part in the entrance examination carried out by the universities or the State government. The admission to the various colleges is based on the rank obtained in these entrance examinations. How to get Application form for Pharmacy Entrance Exams

The applicants can procure the information brochure containing the application form from the university office or designated distribution centers. It can be obtained either by post or they can buy it directly by paying cash. For getting it by post, the candidates have to send a request along with the DD of specified amount to the official address. It can be also obtained by downloading it from the official website of the university. This application form should then be send along with the DD and other documents of proof to the specified address.

Cost of different Pharmacy Application forms

The cost of application forms may vary depending on the universities. The sale of application forms is usually in the month of February or March every year. The cost of GPAT application form is Rs.1000/- for general candidates and Rs.500/- for the deprived candidates. While the cost of RPET application form is Rs.800/-. The cost of different application form usually ranges from Rs.500 to Rs.1000/-. The details of the application form and other particulars can be referred from the notification of the entrance examinations.

How to Fill the Pharmacy Entrance Application forms

The application to these examinations can be done either through online application or can be submitted offline.

The online application can be done after taking the DD of specified amount. The details of the DD have to be filled in the form. The candidates should fill all the mandatory fields carefully and accurately. Then they need to check the details again and click the submit button. They will get a confirmation along with the registration number and password after submission. This has to be remembered for future reference. A printout of the application form and the DD should be send along with relevant documents to the specified address.

For offline applications the candidate should first procure the form from designated centers by paying cash. While filling the form they should be very careful. No mistakes should be made or should not over write any details. Some application form will be provided a rough copy along with it. Candidates can fill the rough form and then carefully copy it to the original. They must fill the details with pen or pencil as required in the form. After filling this it should be send to the specified address along with the necessary documents.
