Eligibility required for various courses

To pursue diploma in X-ray Technology, the candidates should pass the 10+2 intermediate examination. The pass certificate must be obtained in their first attempt itself and the XII class exam must include science as one of the subjects.

Those who had pursued the bachelor degree in Science can apply to any of the following courses

• Anesthesia Technician
• E.C.G. Technician
• Vascular Surgery Technician

The eligibility criteria for the B Sc nursing course is a pass in XII class with 45% marks and Science as the main subject of study. The same is applicable for physiotherapy course.

Those who have pursued Intermediate Nursing Vocational Course are also eligible for B. Sc nursing program where as those with Intermediate vocational physiotherapy Certificate can apply for Physiotherapy program.

Those who have completed the four-year program in Physiotherapy can apply for Master’s program in the same. Those applicants who had undergone 10 + 2 + 3 pattern of education and completed their internship before the year of 1998 are also eligible for applying this course.

A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is the eligibility for Master in Hospital Management.

Candidates who possess MBBS degree are eligible for Broad specialty courses

The eligibility criteria for DM (Cardiology, Neurology) is MD or DNB in General Medicine or Pediatrics

Eligibility criteria for the course of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics is M D / DNB Medicine or Pharmacology

The courses are approved by the Medical council of India. They conduct 8 super specialty courses of DM and M. Ch in various departments. The nursing students have to appear for the board examination each year and the student will be awarded an” A” grade certificate by Government after the completion of the course .The Objective of Master of Physiotherapy  course is to provide students with specialized knowledge and clinical skills and are given advance training in Musculo skeletal Physiotherapy research.

• Entrance examination for Specialty Courses is conducted generally in April first week and admissions start from March first week.
• For Super Specialty Courses entrance exam will be in April First week and admissions from August first week
• For Diploma and Post Graduate diploma courses the admission test is in the first week of August and admissions will start from the First week of September
