There is no problem on giving the CBSE examination next year. But that would mean loosing one year. So keep that in mind. This means her career would contain a year lag. Why don't you discuss with the doctor, whether she can concentrate on studies while continuing to be on rest. Generally every school has provision when child gets this ill. They allow one-two months gap in attendance. But the examination will be around 4-5 later from this time. So won't she recover enough to complete her CBSE examination? Why don't you consult the doctor and check if he permits that. Your child might not be present in the class all this while. But this won't stop her from sitting in the examination, provided she studies all this while. Rather if she recovers well in this time, so as to give time to studies. So ask the doctor all about this and think long before you actually take the decision of dropping a year.

Yes sir, your daughter can give CBSE Board Exam next year. There is no problem in giving exams next year but because of it, there is one year is gap in har academic life.

Every schoo has provision if any student gets ill, they allow to give leave to student for one or two months. So he/she get proper rest.

Consult your doctor and ask him if your daughter can do regular study at home whike taking rest and can give exam this year.

Hope she get well soon

Dear Sirs, If a candidate is absent in 2018 CBSE Class X Board Exam, can he write the 2018 Board exam in the year 2019 along with the other school candidates? Can the school register him as a regular candidate next year?
