Indian Space Research Organization invites application for the post of Purchase and Store Officer. MBA graduates who have specialized in Marketing Management/ Materials Management with first class marks are eligible to apply. They should have professional experience in relevant field for a minimum of three years. Selection process includes written test and personal interview. Eligibility Criterion for ‘Purchase and Store Officer’ Recruitment in ISRO

Candidates who have completed Master of Business Administration with specialization in Marketing Management or in Materials Management are eligible to apply for this post. In addition to this, graduates in any discipline along with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management or other subjects related to Purchase and Store activity are eligible. Such candidates should have professional experience of a minimum of 3 years in relevant field. Post graduates with 3 years work experience in relevant field are also eligible to apply. Apart from this, graduation in any subject along with five year professional experience is also considered as eligibility criteria for this post. Such candidates should have work experience in supervisory capacity for a minimum of 2 years. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 60% marks in qualifying examination.

Those who wish to apply are required to have good communication skills, leadership qualities as well as proficient in computer operations and relevant software packages. Upper age limit for eligibility is 35 years at the time of application. Those who belong to Other Backward Class can seek 3 years age relaxation. In addition to this, Government employees, ex service men, candidates belonging to Scheduled caste/ Scheduled tribe and candidates who are physically challenged can seek relaxation as per the norms issued by the Government of India.

Application Procedure for ‘Purchase and Store Officer’ Recruitment in ISRO

Candidates are required to apply online from the official website of Indian Space Research Organization. Those who have successfully submitted the online application form are required to download system generated fee payment challan. Candidates can pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- by using payment challan in any branch of State Bank of India. Female candidates and those who are belonging to reserved categories are exempted from fee payment. Candidates are required to take print outs of system generated completed application form. They should sent one copy of application form along with the copy of fee payment challan and copy of supporting documents to “Sr. Administrative Officer (ICRB), ISRO Headquarters, Antariksh Bhavan, New BEL Road, Bangalore -560 094” by post within stipulated date. Late and incomplete application form will be rejected without intimation.
