The customers of FCG are being able to launch software products and their solutions to global market with much effectiveness; all because of FCG. The company is now merged with Paragon.

FCG recruits students from reputed engineering colleges. The selection process of FCG is a four round procedure.

The first round is a written test. The number of questions is 70 and the time given is 60 minutes. The questions are all from English and Reasoning.

The second round is Group Discussion. As usual groups of 10 people are formed.

The third round is a technical interview. They ask you questions from topics which you tell them you are strong in.

The fourth and the last round is an HR Interview. The interview is taken by Company’s top ranked officials. This HR interview is basically a personal in which questions are about candidates and their details. The most important thing about this interview is your negative and positive points. So just make sure that you are quite confident and just face the interviewers with utmost confidence.
