Job Profile:
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited is recruiting eligible individuals on the following positions of Diploma Trainee (Electrical/Civil) and Assistant (Finance & Accounts) in its Northern Region-I transmission system in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand. Candidates will have to undergo one year training for the post of Diploma Trainee.
1. Recruitment of Diploma Trainee (Electrical):
No. of posts: 20 posts are available.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 27 years.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any recognized institute with atleast 70% marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 16000-35500 per month.
Stages of Selection Process: (i) Written Test (ii) Interview (iii) Pre Employment Medical Examination
2. Recruitment of Diploma Trainee (Civil):
No. of posts: 8 posts are available.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 27 years.
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized institute with atleast 70% marks in aggregate.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 16000-35500 per month.
Stages of Selection Process: (i) Written Test (ii) Interview (iii) Pre Employment Medical Examination
3. Recruitment of Assistant (Finance & Accounts):
No. of posts: 4 posts are available.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 28 years.
Educational Qualification: B.Com from any recognized institute with atleast 60% marks in aggregate. M.Com qualified candidates will get preference over others.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 12500-27500 per month.
Stages of Selection Process: (i) Written Test (ii) Computer Skill Test (iii) Pre Employment Medical Examination
Application Fee
Amount of Application fee for the post of Diploma Trainee (Electrical) is Rs. 200.
Amount of Application fee for the post of Diploma Trainee (Civil) is Rs. 200.
Amount of Application fee for the post of Assistant (Finance & Accounts) is Rs. 100.
The Demand Draft must be drawn in favour of POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED payable at New Delhi.
How to apply: The application is required to be made only on A-4 size paper. Candidates should send the attested copies of certificates and the demand draft of requisite application fee alongwith the completely filled in application form on or before the last date for the reciept of application. The envelope containing all the above specified enclosures must be superscribed as “Application for the post of ___________________, NR-I” by the means of ordinary post only. Applications must not be sent through any other means or mode.
