Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission was established on November 1, 1956 under the Government of India. The commission comes under the Minsitry of Home Affairs of Government of India and the bank was established under Section 118 of the State Reorganization Act. The major function of the commission is to conduct competitive examniation for making the recruitment on the government posts in the state of the Madhya Pradesh.

Job Profile:

Candidates are invited to apply for the posts of Assistant Engineer in Water Resources and Housing Board of MP Government through the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission.

Eligibility:

Candidates should be in between 21 to 28 years of age for both the positions.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation in Civil Engineering is required for applying for the posts of Assistant Engineer in Water Resources and Housing Board of MP Government.

Assistant Engineer in Housing Board: 3 posts in total are available.

Pay Scale:

Assistant Engineer in Water Resources: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.
Assistant Engineer in Housing Board: Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.

Selection Process:

The final selection of the eligible candidates will be made through the means of a personal interview examination with the selection committee.

How to apply: An application fee of Rs. 180 for General Candidates and Rs. 90 for Reserved category candidates is need to be paid by the interested candidates. Candidates must apply online only from 10 October 2010 to 30 October 2010 at MPPSC website. The hardcopy of the completely filled in application form should be retained by the candidates for future references.
