• Candidate must have cleared 10+2 level with at least 50 Aggregate from the recognized board and have knowledge of English as well as Hindi.
• Candidate must be graduated with at least 50 % aggregate from the recognized University:
1. In Humanities for Service, Repair of Records and Archives Management.
2. In Science for Reprography
How to Apply:
One needs to avail the application form of the examination from the place where it is available. In general, one can download the application form from the website or can collect it in detail from the designated place. After availing the form, one needs to fill the form completely. The completely filled form is then required to be submitted to the required place within the last day of submission along with the necessary documents and sum of money in the demand draft form.

• Reservation of seats for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per Government Norms.

• Last date for receipt of application from for Archives Management: First week of March, 2011
