MIT Institute of Design 2011 Design Programmes
MAEER’s MIT institute of Design offers admission in several undergraduate as well as post graduate courses in design. The Institute has been known to offer several courses in the field of design in areas of specialization such as Transportation, Products, Interiors, Film, Graphic, etc. Been not affiliated to a recognized University has in no way hinders it placement record as the observed placement are in the right manner with high pay scale observed. The Institute also has a unique location in Pune and offers peaceful as well as serene surroundings. The Institute houses lots of modern facilities as well as infrastructural aspects that relates to quality design education.
There are a total of fifteen numbers of seats offered in total for each program held at the post graduate as well as under graduate level. There is a written entrance test held that is followed by a studio test along with a personal interview. The written test is designed in order to test the candidate’s skiills as well as aptitude in the field of design.

Eligibility Criteria:
For undergraduate programmes candidates should have passed class 12th in any discipline.
For postgraduate programmes candidates should have done graduation prefably in the field of engineering, architecture, design or related fields.
Those in their final year of qualifying exams can also apply.
How to Apply:
Applications forms will be available from the institute directly and can also be downloaded through the website www.mitid.edu.in. Full details will be available with the admission notification by the end of November.
Important Dates(Tentative):
• Date of Entrance Test: April 3rd week, 2011
• Last date for submission of completed application form: January End, 2011
