Fashion Designing is quite popular these days with students throughout our country. More and more students take up its various courses due to the ample career prospects in this field. But the point of concern is what course one chooses and from which institution. Annamalai University solves this problem to some extent. The University is one of the largest in our country and offers many courses for the benefit of students. It also offers a degree course in Fashion Design. The course is B.Sc. in Fashion Design and is of three years duration. In the second year of the course there is a subject of Textile Study Applicable to Fashion Art. The pattern of the exam of the subject is given in the following paragraph.

The exam is of three hours duration and the maximum marks carried are 60. The paper is divided into two sections. Section A consists of two parts. In the first part students have to answer two questions out of the three given and in the next part one out of three. Each question is of five marks.

Section B consists of five questions out of which three are to be answered. Each question carries 15 marks.
