The company has a refinery of 3 MMTPA capacity and this is located at the Golghat district in the state of Assam. Job Profile:

Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL) invites application for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainees and management Trainees.

No. of posts – Graduate Engineer Trainees: 26 posts (Chemical-6, Mechanical-13, Electrical-3, Instrumentation-3, Metallurgical-1). Management Trainee (HR): 03 posts; and Management Trainee (Business Development): 1 post.

Pay Scale - Stipend of Rs.17500 during the training period. After successful completion of training, candidates will be posted in Gr.A scale on a pay scale of Rs.24900 – Rs.50000.

Eligibility:

Age Criteria – 30 years as on 01/11/2010 (Relaxable as per rules).

Educational Qualification - Candidates must have the educational qualification and experience as prescribed by NRL. For the post of graduate engineer trainee candidates with first class engineering graduation and at least 65% of marks in branches of metallurgical engineering/instrumentation/electrical/mechanical or chemical engineering. For Management Trainee (HR), the company requires first Class Engineering Graduates with 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Human Resource / PGDM (HR). For Management Trainee (Business Development), the company requires first Class Engineering Graduates with 2 years full time course in MBA with specialization in Finance / PGDM (Finance).
