Jharkhand State Electricity Board (JSEB) took up all activities for electrification of the whole state of Jharkhand on 10.01.2001. The company offers note-worthy service with two of its units in Sikidri and Swaranrekha Hydel Project with a capacity of 65 MW each. Its objectives include capacity addition and system improvement by commissioning of distribution network, transmission line and grid stations.

Eligibility:

Age Criteria: Minimum age limit is 21 yrs and Maximum age limit is 35 yrs for general category, 40 yrs for SC/ST, and 37 yrs for BC/EBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Must have Electrical/ Electronics Engineering degree from any Govt. recognized institution or its equivalent with minimum 65% for General Category, 50% for  SC&ST and 60% for BC&EBC.

Selection Process:

Candidates are selected for the post through objective type written test and interview.
