Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Authority (SSA), Punjab is a programme designed for worldwide elementary education. SSA aims at offering foundation education in a qualitative manner all over India and to promote social justice. It improves human capabilities of all children through its quality education. SSA performs its duties with the help of the Tribal Autonomous Councils, Mother Teacher Associations, Parents’ Teachers’ Associations, School Management Committees, urban and village Slum Level Education Committees, Panchayati Raj Institutions and other elementary school managements.

Applications are invited for the post of ETT Teacher by the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Authority located at Punjab

P ay Scale – Pay fixed by Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Authority is Rs. 14000.
Eligibility:
Age Criteria: The age criteria is between 18 years and 37 years of age.
Educational Qualification: The candidates must have 10+2 with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST), and two years Elementary teacher training course or its equivalent recognized by Punjab Government or any other state.
Selection Process:
The selection of the post is through written test only. For complete details of written test refer the SSA’s website.

Application Fee:
Demand draft/ Postal order of Rs. 125 (for SC) and Rs. 250 (for others) must be drawn in favor of “State Project Director” payable at Chandigarh. The Demand Draft/ Postal Order must be submitted only on the day of written test to the officials at the venue of the Examination. SSA does not accept any other form of paying the fees.
