Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) was established in the name of Mohammedan Anglo Oriental College in 1875. The University was established by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan. AMU is known as the first modernist institution in Islam. AMU became a Central University in 1920. The University offers its courses with English as the primary medium of instruction. Students from all over the world are attracted towards this University as it teaches many languages like English, Tamil, Bengali, Malayalam, Marathi Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, Persian, Sanskrit, Telugu, Punjabi, Kashmiri, French, Turkish, German and Russian. It is offering more than 250 courses in not only modern branches of education, but in traditional branches of education as well.

Aligarh Muslim University invites applications for the post of Assistants (Accounts) in its Central Account Department.
No. of posts – 30
Pay Scale – Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs 4200 + allowances
Eligibility:
Qualification – The candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. The candidates must have 3 years experience in Clerk (Accounts) or equivalent in a University/ Academic Institution/ Central Government/ State Government/ Government undertaking. The candidates must have knowledge of MS Office and EXCEL Accounting Packages.

The candidates are selected for the post based on interview and qualification.

how many marks was required to Get selection in PCM OR PCB.

I FEEL MUCH STRANGE THAT ABOUT 75 POST ARE FILLED FROM INTERNAL CANDIDATES NOT A SINGLE EXTERNAL CANDIDATE, ALTHOUGH EXTERNAL WERE MORE EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED. IN THE YEAR 2000 AND 4TH AUGUST 2011 SAME HISTORY NOT SELECTION OF ANY EXTERNAL CANDIDATE. I REQUEST TO UNIVERSITY OFFICIAL NOT TO CALL EXTERNAL CANDIDATE FOR INTERVIEW, IF NOT INTENDED TO SELECT. THIS NOT JUSTIFICATION AND IT IS AGAINST ISLAM.
