Qualifying Exam

The candidates who are interested to become Aerobics Instructor should have passed their Aerobic Trainer Certification Course or any of the professional Aerobic courses such as the Nike Aerobics Course or Reebok Instructor Certification programme. Aerobics Certification along with Personal Trainer Certification / Sports Nutrition Certification / Yoga Certification / Pilates Certification / CPR Certification / Children’s Psychology, Nutrition & Obesity Certification / Advanced Gym Trainer Certification / GP & Exercise Referral Specialist Certification / Fitness Management Certification / Stress Management Certification / Group Indoor Cycling Instructor will add up to ones qualification. Different forms of aerobic exercises including water aerobics, step aerobics, kickboxing, high and low impact aerobics and sports conditioning will improve the aspirants’ career prospects. One should also make sure that they seek certification from any of the nationally recognized organization such as the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) or the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Who is eligible to apply?

The candidates who have passed their 10+2 can pursue a diploma or certification course in Aerobics. Those with Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or allied fields are eligible for the various advanced courses in Aerobics Training.
