North Bengal University also called as University of North Bengal was established in the year 1962 by an Act of the state Legislative Assembly. The main aim of the university is to offer training and to conduct research in different branches of studies to six districts in the area of North Bengal and to the state of Sikkim. Sir, My wife Ms Rashmi Prasad has graduated from University of North Bengal in Commerce in the year 1998. Due to some financial problems, she could not continue her studies. That time the degree awarded was of B.Com (Pass) of two years. Now, she wants to study further, can she get admission in post graduation in any university? is her two year degree valid for getting admission? she faced some problems in getting admission from institutions saying two year degree is not valid. Please advice.
