Mumbai University offers the course of B.E in Computer Science. One of the papers is Electronics Device and Linear Circuits and has a maximum of one hundred marks. The paper contains 100 marks for theory, 25 marks for oral and laboratory and 25 for term work. As per the latest format of the University, there would be a maximum of seven questions from which the candidates have to attempt five. Each of the questions carries a maximum of twenty marks.

Candidates have to thoroughly go through the syllabus in order to attain high score in the exam. The Questions in the exam are of both subjective as well as objective type. Long questions are also frequently asked in the paper. Each of the seven questions consists of sub-questions and therefore is sub divided into a number of other questions. Candidates are advised to follow different mock based questions paper in order to attain fair in the exam. The total duration of the paper in Electronics Device and Linear Circuits is three hours. Questions in the paper are divided into three segments, with candidates attaining at least one question from each of the segment.
