Gyan Vihar School of Pharmacy came into existence in the year 2003. The institute works under the control of the Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur and it is located in Jaipur city of Rajasthan.

Gyan Vihar School of Pharmacy offers the following undergraduate and post graduate courses in Pharmacy:

The undergraduate course available in the institute is B. Pharm and the duration of the course is 4 years.

The post graduate courses available in the institute is M. Pharm (Medicinal Chemistry), M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics), M. Pharm (Pharmacognosy), M. Pharm (Pharmacology), and M.Pharm (Quality Assurance) and the duration of these PG courses is 2 years.

Eligibility criteria for getting admission:

B. Pharm:

Candidates, who have passed intermediate examination (in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics subjects) with at least 50 % marks, are eligible to apply for the B.Pharm course. They must get qualified in the RPET conducted by the Suresh Gyan Vihar University in order to get admission for the B.Pharm course in the institute.

M. Pharm:

Candidates, who have passed B. Pharm degree course with at least 60 % marks, are eligible to apply for the M.Pharm course. The institute admits candidates for the M.Pharm course based on the marks obtained in the qualifying exam and as per the norms of Suresh Gyan Vihar University.
