No u can't change the university untill u have a diploma degree degree in that branch .if u have the same than u can apply in cochin university, mp etc.

there is no any such provision for change the college in 2nd year.
you can take admission in other college in 1st year and for this you must have to give the entrance exam

No u can't change the university if you want to change the university means , you can join only the first year ok......

I m doing b.e in vinayaka mission university which is under 44 undclared university by hrd , so can i change the university according to lateral entry. Please reaply soon ..

no you can not change the university...
only some different condition some students are allow to change the college
but same university...

you can change your college if the college in which you want to shift is within the same university & your YGPA is the best among others

dear friend, you can change your university by appearing entrance exam conducted by the university.
But you have to start your B.Tech from first year, because in any other university the value of your one degree is nothing.
so, kindly you can start again from 1st year or you can continue your study in your own university.

if you want to get into the B.tech 2nd year you will only get into it through lateral entry.for this you must have done diploma in the specified stream .generally every college has some seats in 2nd year for lateral entry.some conduct exam and take admission and some take it directly.

basically you can't do this.you can chance your college if those two colleges belongs same university.

as in your case you are trying to chance one university to another.

it is generally not possiable.

You can change only college not the university.There is a procedure for changing the college not the university.
The elligibility criteria is that, you must pass your all papper till 1st year. otherwise you can not change the college.ok.....

as you are doing the diploma,so after completing the diploma you can apply for the degree course in engineering all you have to do is give the entrance exam of the different university after qualifying in the entrance exam you can get the admission in the colleges in 2nd year directly

For govt. colleges in orissa you need to have domicile certificate of orissa.
As you have done your diploma from WB I don't think you to be an orissa domicile. Anyways, you can have the chance of getting admission in any private college in there through lateral entry ie direct admission to the 2nd year of B. tech.

no you can,t change the university in 2nd year. only those students who have done diploma can take admission directly into the 2nd year. so you will have to continue in the same university

I had passed diploma in computer science & Enggr, branch and now i wants to admission in 2nd year B.Tech in other branches like ECE / EEE/Electrical/Mechnical through lateral entry. Can i possible to admission in other branches.

no can not change univercity in 2nd yr if you want to change univercity you have study again from 1st year.

is manav rachna international university is good? if not tell me some good universities.my aieee rank is 26200000.and i hane not qualified ip entrance exam

Dear Friend ,
you can take admission in 2nd year directly or through JELET exam as lateral entry.
You can choose any subject,but as you are a student of ECE,then select ECE.

otherwise you can take admission in another colleges through WBJEE,IIT-JEE,AIEEE exams

For the lateral entry exam you will have to sit or the entrance exam like AIEEE ,WB-JELET etc...

By these exams you will be selected for the lateral entry admission ,directly in the second year or the 3rd semester...

obviosly u can get lateral entry in b.tech 2nd yr.for that u have to maintain some rules. after 3rd yr diploma lateral entry is taken .for that u have to give jellett exam .and it generally taken in the month of june.to get lateral entry related total information u may buy lateral entry related book from market.to know about lateral entry exam date u must follows newspaper regularly.for more information u can search official web site of diploma.

you want to do lateral entry in B.Tech 2nd year.the followin are the procedure..

1.you have to give GLATE (general lateral aptitude test examination) for that

purpose.

2.if you will get a god rank in GLATE exam then you have to follow the

counselling procedure.

after that you will be admited in B.Tech 2nd year...

it is better to join in btech after lateral entry.bcoz u have a lot of practical knowledge on ur stream which u cann't get in direct admission in btech and u also placed in different sector with good salary.

to get lateral entry u need to to give an entrane exam siting urself as a diploma passed out student,
then only u can be able to go directly to 2nd year.
