MBA is one of the most coveted degrees in the modern world. MBA students of ICFAI University, during the course have to study International management and have to take its exam. The subject is about managing businesses and is one of the most important subjects for MBA students.

Information on subject and pattern of question paper

This is a subject regarding management of various business firms at the international level. This subject will give the students an insight on how to run a business at the highest echelon.
The paper consists of three sections A, B and C. Section A consists of 30 objective questions. Each question will be provided with five choices. After evaluating all the choices, the candidate has to make the most appropriate choice from the available ones. This section is purely objective.

Section B is totally descriptive and consists of both numerical problems and questions that are to be answered after reading the paragraphs printed in the paper. A total of seven paragraphs will be present in the paper. Section C consists of two essay questions. All the questions in the paper have to be answered by the candidates. Referring to books like Management Functions and Behaviour and Organisational Design, Development and Change will help to crack the exam.

Marking scheme and duration of the paper

The paper is for a total of 100 marks. Section A consists of 30 objective questions and contributes 30 marks.  Section B contributes 50 marks and section c contributes 20 marks. When it comes to essay questions, marks will be penalized if the points are not explained properly.

The candidates are allotted three hours for answering all the questions in the paper. In addition to the three hours for answering the paper, 15 minutes will be provided for reading the question paper.
