SRK Institute is managed by Karmaniketan Trust and it is promoted by Neelkanth Group of Industries. Both these trusts are of great repute in the Kuchchh region and these trusts are engaged in several social service activities for nearly four decades. SRK institute is offering UG courses and some PG courses with affiliation from Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University and MBA course with affiliation from Gujarat Technical University. The MBA course offered by this institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education as well.
