Job Description: A Customer Service Associate would handle incoming calls from the company’s clients and their follow up as well. The CS Associate would also be required to handle some administrative work such as form processing, third party problem solving, processing and reviewing event-driven transactions. An Associate would also handle reviewing of documentation for accuracy, data processing, and continuous process management.
Qualifications: The person should be holding a Bachelors Degree with some basic knowledge of computer (MS Office is a must), he should be flexible enough to work in a 24 – hour environment.
Fluency in spoken English Language is a must.
