presently i am working with ltd company , now wants to apply for govt jobs in field of customer service or finance

Normally in finance sector , government jobs are kept objective i.e candidate who perfectly match the knowledge requirements, skills and abilities ate given preference.

Government organization make public announcement for vacancies irrespective of whether it's lower grade position or higher grade position.

Most of them conduct written exam for recruitment purpose and some also want candidates to undergo medical test .
