About the Paper
The paper is an entrance paper and the level of this paper are of LLB and the admission in the LLM by Delhi University is decided by this test. Passing in this test means that a candidate can get a master degree of law by a good University.
Importance of this test:
The subject is an admission test for master degree in law and candidates are allowed to get a master degree. The paper is helpful to get the candidates admitted in master degree and they can get a lot of opportunities after completion of their course from a reputed University.
Paper Pattern:
The paper of entrance test in LLM is a subjective paper and there are 5 questions in the paper. The candidates are required to attempt 4 questions from it. All questions are of equal marks. The questions are of case studies and there are no sub-questions in the paper. All questions are of long answer type.

Questions in the paper are such as ‘trade mark’, ‘service mark’, economic development in India, the rights of industries, foundation of each ground of cases, registered & unregistered license of trades, agreement and its validity, patentable invention, revoke of a law, law conduction, charge sheet of a case, victims etc.
Marks and time:
The paper fetches a total of 80 marks from it and time to get these marks is 3 hours only for a student. Each question is of equal marks in the paper.

du llm entance exam last 10 year question papers
sir,
i m a graduate from D.U and i have done my llb from ccsu meerut .I want to know what is the pattern of D.U llm entrance either subjective or objective becouse some site shows it will be subjective of 80 marks and 4 are required to do necessory and some shows that it will b objective and containing 175 questions. what is the truth . and i have 50% marks is I m able to teach the llb student after my llm from du.

Sir i am LLB from charang sing university and i got 51% marks and i have physical handicap certificate from my state i.e. U.P. can i appear for exam
sir, recently i have passed out from surendranath law college under Calcutta University B.A.LL.B.( 5-years course)…i want to appear in llm entrance test.
My question is that i have got 49.69% average marks….so can i be appeared in llm entrance test under Delhi university 2012…
is it essential to get 50% qualifying marks for appearing in llm entrance test…please reply me regarding this matter,awaiting in anticipation for your favorable reply..thanks
