Now a days we are living an age of modern and in this time the main thing is communication skill, so if you are fresher then your English should be fluent. |

hi friend,
most probably what ever the company may be it is best to get recruited in campus interview. if your college is lack of placements,please prefer off campus atleast. You can get value if you are selected in placements and that too salaries also vary as: if selected in placements you can get 18,000Rs/- as training salary if selected in walk-in interview you get only 12,000Rs/- for off campus you should have good aggregate and good english skills. all the best |

you just register with btechguru.com,and top jobsites like timesjob.com, naukri.com,shine.com,monster.com...
you need to develop your communication and soft skills strong enough to crack the interviews all top MNCS companies, now want canditates with programming skills, especially JAVA,C,C++ are very much needed... you just go to separate computer programming courses in reputed institutes. and register with all the websites of top mnc companies... all the best |

hai. i have got 74% in B.E(E.C.E)2011. since i didnt get placed through on campus im finding it difficult to get job. is there any other possibility to get job. im almost about giving up my confidence.will it really difficult to get MNC job once u finished and got out of college? please advise..

I completed my B.tech(IT) in 2011 with 63.4% aggregrate. I have done a course on networking and dot.net.I am looking for job as a fresher. i want direct joining in a good company is this possible.
