Principles of Management paper in the post-graduation course of business administration is the basic knowledge of management skills and their implement by the candidates,  Also, the ethics and responsibility which should be followed by the candidates to get the successful career in business management.

Importance of the paper:

The paper helps students to learn the basic working rules in a management company. Candidates learn their responsibilities and duties towards the people and ethics of their jobs. Candidates after this semester will get direct jobs after this and so this is the last semester to learn the basic of working in a company.

Paper Pattern:

Paper of Principles of Management contains 23 questions in it and these questions are kept in 3 different sections. Group A contains 12 short answer type questions from which 10 are to be attempted. Group B is of 7 long answer type questions from which 4 are to be attempted and Group C is of 4 very long answer type questions from which 2 are to be solved. Each question in each section is of equal marks.

Questions asked frequently in the paper are such as theories of leadership, forms of industrial ownership, corporate social responsibility, contributions of Taylor to management, strategies needed to maintain ethics, types of maintenance, barriers to effective communication, theories of motivations,Transactional Analysis etc.

Marks and time:

Total marks which can be scored in the paper are 100 and time in which it should be solved is 3 hours only.
