Part time LLB
The degree in LLB in India has to be recognized by the bar council and law society. The course is of five years duration. Candidates those who have successfully completed part time LLB course can obtain direct entry to the legal practice course. This type of course helps the candidate to develop the legal skills within them. The legal skills thus developed can be utilized in practical situations. A candidate who has pursued the course in Law Service Commission or State Public Service Commission is eligible to get appointed as Munsif.
