Job Profile: The role of the Customer Care Associate is to do Tele calling or Backend Process in the company. The candidate should be self-motivated, passionate towards his work. He should be disciplined. He must have the ability to strike the conversation. He should able to work in rotatory shifts. He should be able to solve the queries of the customer.
Qualifications: The candidate can be graduate in B.A. / B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA/ BBM. B.E. and B.Tech candidates do not apply. He would have excellent oral skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi. He must have neutral accent.
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Pay Scale: Rupees 60,000 – 1, 00,000
