What is process to get job in IBM?
I want to know that what are process for ibm? Can someone please provide me details of it soon?

IBM has two processes of recruiting.
- One for the experienced candidates wherein direct walk-in interviews are conducted and on the basis of that and experience of the candidate, suitable candidates are selected. - Other one is for the freshers wherein IBM conducts pool campus drive in the nearby colleges of its center. Students from any institute can register for that and participate in it provided there is no separate list of institutes to participate. Then selection is done on the basis of written test, GD and interviews. |
