U.P Combined B.Ed Entrance Exam is conducted by Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University. UG/PG holders with a minimum of 50% marks can participate in the selection test. Exam covers questions on General Knowledge, General Aptitude and subjects like Arts or Science. Agra, Ghaziabad and Kanpur are some of the cities where applicants can attend the exam. Qualified candidates can join any of the Universities like Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Lucknow University and Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University.

Eligibility for U.P Combined B.Ed Entrance Exam

Those who have completed their graduation or post graduation from any of the recognized universities are eligible to apply. The qualification must be obtained with a minimum of 50% marks.

Exam Pattern for U.P Combined B.Ed Entrance Exam

There will be two papers for the entrance test, Paper I and Paper II. In each of these papers there will be two sections, Section A and Section B.

Section A of Paper I contains questions on general knowledge. This section is mandatory for all candidates. Section B includes questions on the language chosen by the candidate. They can select any one language between English and Hindi. The total number of questions in Paper I is 200 which need to be answered in time duration of 2 hours.

Section A of Paper II is meant to check the aptitude skills of the candidate. Section II comprises questions from any of the following main subjects.

  • Agriculture
  • Arts
  • Commerce
  • Science

Here also the total time allotted for completion is 2 hours and the total marks (for Paper II) is 200. All the questions will be asked in objective model.
