Bank of Maharashtra has invited applications for Chattered Accountant through online methods. Job vacancies are issues in grades of JMGS I, MMGS-II and MMGS-III. Applicants should have qualified Chattered Accountancy and must be in the age group of 21-30 years. Selection is done through personal interview which carries a total of 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks for interview is 40% of the total marks. Application for attending interview can be forwarded through the web portal of the bank itself.

Eligibility for CA Recruitment in Bank of Maharashtra

Those who have qualified Chattered Accountancy can participate in the recruitment process. Age of the candidate must be anywhere between 21 and 30 years. No prior work experience is required for the grade of Junior Management Grade Scale-I. But for Middle Management Grade Scale-II (MMGS-II) and Middle Management Grade Scale-III (MMGS-III), the applicant must have 1 year work experience. Experience must be obtained from the credit department of any of the public sector or state corporate banks or from any other reputed organization.

Recruitment Procedure for CA Recruitment in Bank of Maharashtra

Selection of right candidate is done through a personal interview session (conducted by the bank itself). This session carries 100 marks and is meant to evaluate candidate’s communication skills, problem solving competency, personality, readiness to work in any part of the country and suitability of the post. For general category candidates, the minimum qualifying marks would be 40% of the total marks. Reserved category candidates need to score at least 35% marks to qualify. Those who meet the required criterion are only considered for final selection.

Application Procedure for CA Recruitment in Bank of Maharashtra

Application procedure starts with the payment of application fee which amounts to Rs. 300/-. Payment can be done through any of the branches of Bank of Maharashtra or through any NEFT enabled Bank, using the fee challan downloaded from bank website. After fee payment candidate can submit their application through online method. Details issued by the bank in the fee challan like Branch Name, Branch Code, transaction Journal Number and Date of Deposit must be filled up carefully. Filled up application forms must be submitted via the web portal of the bank itself.

Candidate should also ensure the availability of a valid e-mail id before starting with the application process. Upon receipt of the application, candidates will be intimated through e-mail. Intimation for downloading the exam hall ticket will also be sent to the given mail id.
