Apart from this, the University offers Doctor of Philosophy in Bio Technology as a research level program. Admission to master degree and Ph.D courses are done on the basis of entrance exams. Students seeking admission to other courses can have it on merit basis, ie on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying exam.

Fee structure for each course differ with each other. The SC, ST candidates can avail an exemption in paying Tuition fees, provided they must produce the TER92 certificate .
