Alagappa University M. Sc Computer Science Exam Papers
The Alagappa University was founded in the year 1985. The founder of the university was noted academician Dr.R.M.Alagappa Chettiyar. The university is located in Karaikudi. The university boasts of a state of the art infrastructure- the campus covers an area of about 420 acres.
The Directorate of Distance Education was founded in the year 1992. This directorate has different courses to offer. The courses include management, science, computers, education and languages.
The university has been blessed in having efficient Vice-Chancellors, with the present Vice-Chancellor being Dr. P. Kanniappan. He stands apart in being a noted academician as well as an able administrator.
Scheme of examination of M.Sc. Computer Science:
The course is of 2 years duration. The exam is of duration three hours and carries a total of 100 marks. There are three sections in the exams. Section A contains short answer type questions. all the questions are compulsory. it has 10 questions each carrying 3 marks. Section B has long answer type questions. Each question carries 10 marks. Total questions to be attempted are 4. Section C carries a total of 30 marks. Two questions out of three are to be attempted. Equal weightage is given to every part of the syllabus.
