FMS Papers
FMS MBA Entrance exam is conducted every year by the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi for admission to two year programmes of MBA.
The exam consists of about 175 questions including subjects such as Data Interpretation, Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension and Verbal Ability.
The exam is objective type. Negative marking is also there. No marks are deducted for not attempted questions. All the questions have only one correct answer out of the four options. So it is advisable not to attempt those questions which the candidate is not sure about. Another point which should be kept in mind is time management. The seats are limited so every point should be carefully thought of before taking the exam.
The courses offered are full-time MBA of two years duration, MBA in Management of Services and Ph.D. Programmes. There are 166 seats for MBA and 7 seats for MBA (MS).
Application forms can be obtained online by the website of the institute. The website is http://www.fms.edu/
The information bulletin and the admission forms are available from select branches of State Bank of India. At present the cost of admission form for MBA and MBA MS is Rs. 1250/-(Rs. 300/- for SC/ST candidates) and Rs. 750/-(Rs.200/- for SC/ST candidates) for any one of these courses or for the Ph.D. programme.
Test Centres:
The test centres of FMS are located all over the country. The test centres include Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Amhedabad, Amritsar, Guwahati, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kanpur, Nagpur, Kochi, Patna, Bhopal, Vishakhapatnam, Pune and Varanasi.

Hii, I am doing my final year of graduation and also i am preparing for my entrance for CAT, FMS, IIFT and XAT. I got 52.5 % in my first year of graduation and 49.1% in my 2nd year of graduation. My average comes out to be 50.8 %. I am pretty good percentile in my mock tests which i give in my coaching centres. I want to ask that if i get a good score in the entrance; do i still hold a chance to get a B School.?? Or, will my graduation marks affect my thing??
