Nuclear Physics is among the hardcore subject in this country. Students applying for this course need to hard working as well as intelligent to carry on with the study of Nuclear Physics. Nuclear physics is that part of physics that deals with the hi-tech study of nuclear science. This course even produces enough knowledge on nuclear materials and nuclear weapons. The course supplies ideas on the practical uses of nuclear materials, reuses of nuclear wastes, dumping procedure of nuclear wastes, prevention of unwanted harmful nuclear radiation from nuclear elements, etc.

The course of nuclear physics focuses on the domain of high energy physics and the study of quantum field theory which includes three vital sections, i.e. Particle Physics (including cosmology, astrophysics and gravitation and the study of hadrons), Field Theory and Statistical System including physical mathematics.

Eligibility:


The candidates applying for the B.Sc in Nuclear Physics should hold a pass certificate of 10 and 10+2 form any recognized University or board of the country. But in some colleges or Universities there are entrance exam held for admission of candidates.

Course Outlook:


The B.Sc  in Nuclear Physics is a course having a span of 3 years, which includes one yearly exam, i.e. a total of three exams in the span of the course. After the completion of the every year of this course, again the students need to register their name for the next year.

Job Prospects:


The students after completion of the course can join private firms depending on their marks. The can get jobs of assisting juniors scientists or can even work in laboratories.
