Job Profile: The Converged Engineer would facilitate the customers to run their businesses successfully by practical & immediate problem management. He should support the customer’s activity through deep technical skills, process excellence.

He would work with global project customers supporting end-user installations, upgrades and migrations, and configurations through problem separation, verification, resolution and documentation make use of remote problem-solving capabilities.

Educational Qualifications: The candidate should have B.E/ B.Tech or MCA degree. Certifications from Avaya, JNCIP, and JNCIA would be added advantage. He should have strong communications skills with troubleshooting and analytical skills. He would have good knowledge about fireball, security, switching, VPN and routing.

Experience: Fresher can not apply for the post as the candidate should have 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience in PBX, Telephony, VOIP, includingTDM and IP.
