Yes, fresher candidates can have a job in IT sector. IT sector usually recruits candidates with professional qualification. Usually B.Tech and MCA graduates are considered for software jobs. Graduates with adequate communication skills can go for BPO jobs. Telecommunication and networking jobs are also offered for fresh candidates.
