MBA, MCA or Certification course after BCA and 3 months of work experience in Technical Support?


I have completed my BCA from IGNOU(open university) in 2010 . Now iam working in AGC network(earlier known as avaya global connect network) a telecom company as a trainee engineer for a technical support through Itsource pvt ltd. payroll since three months.
I need to take a further degree but iam not getting, in which field shall i take a career, whether i do a MBA or MCA or any certificate course.
please help me in planning my future by taking a right decision.

It all depends on which job profile interests. Since you are working in the technical side if this field seems interesting to you then you must stay on. You must pursue MCA course then. If you are not comfortable then you can switch over to MBA course. Doing certificate course will not help you much in career growth. Taking Masters course is the better option.

According to your job if you go for MCA then it is better because after MCA you have lot of options and if you want to change your idea then MCA will help you. If you want to work only in the network field then it will be better if you will do the network certifications. You can do the CISCO and Microsoft Certifications which are very useful according to your job profile.
