Defence Estate Southern Command (DESC) was established by the Government of India. It is situated in the state of Pune and is headed by the Principal Director. Defence Estate Southern Command has invited application for the post of Sub Divisional Officer. Eligible candidates can apply for the post.
Job profile:
Candidates can apply for the posts of Sub Divisional Officer in Defence Estate Southern Command. The candidates will have to perform the routine work of a divisional officer.
Eligibility:
The candidates should be in between the 18-27 years of age.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates are required to have either Matriculation or Diploma or certificate of a recognised institute in Surveying/ Draftmanship (Civil) with atleast an experience of 2 years, for applying for the posts.
No. of posts: 39 posts (Gen-21, SC-6, ST-2, OBC-9 and PH-1)
Pay scale: Selected candidates will be paid the salary of Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400.
Selection process:
Candidates will have to undergo a written examination. Candidate’s performance in the examination will play a major part in the final selection for the posts.

Sometime Indian Military acquire the land for some official purpose from the Farmer. Later they do not use the land for the purpose they acquire so in that situation if poor farmaer want the land back and he is ready to return the compensation with interest, is the military will help that poor farmer?
