Annamalai University is a well known University of India. In the year 1929 great visionary Dr. Rajah Sir Annamalai Chettiar of Chettinad, Kt, LL.D., D.Litt. established the University. Annamalai University is a pioneer in imparting quality education to the students. The infrastructure of the University is fabulous and it keeps up with times to update to newer technologies. The lush green 1000 acre complex of the University makes it one of the largest residential universities of the country. There is more than 2500 teaching staff in the University and the University can boast of having nearly 50 departments. The directorate of distance education was established in the University to provide world class education to students on a distant learning basis.
One of the many courses offered by the University is the undergraduate degree course in Commerce (B.Com). The duration of the course is three years. In the second year of the course there is the subject Business Statistics. It is a 100 marks paper with time duration of three hours. The paper consists of 10 questions.
