Job Profile: The Assistant Business Associate Manager should able to recruit and develop business associates through coaching, training, team management support etc. He should provide operational support to Business Associates in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve, licensing etc.

He should ensure that the Business Associates will attend the meeting on time and achieve their team targets. He should undertake the activities like COPs and other pace activities to impel recruitments.

Educational Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate from commerce discipline only. Post Graduation candidates do not apply. The candidate should have good communications skills in written and spoken English.

Experience: The candidate must have prior sales experience in insurance. He must have 3 to 8 years of experience in Broking, Channel Management & Development, and Recruitment of Channel Partners.

Pay Scale: The person will get pay scale in range of Rupees 2, 00, 000 to 4, 50, 000 in total.
